First Connection to My Member Personal Space
I am asked to log in with my details in the new format to access my Member Personal Space:
My registration number and my date of birth (ddmmyyyy), with a hyphen between the two elements, to be entered together in the "identifier" field.
E.g.: 123456-03091985
The password I usually use on my old Personal Space (Or the one received by e-mail if I have never logged on to the old Personal Space before) to be entered in the "password" field.

- Protect My Password
- My access code (password) is the best way to ensure the confidentiality of access to my personal data.
- It is composed of 7 or 8 characters but cannot contain the same character three times in a row.
- It will never be asked for it by one of the Agents of the Caisses Sociales.
- I am responsible for the use and safekeeping of your personal access code, as well as the consequences of disclosure, even unintentional, to anyone.
- Do not communicate it to any third party, even if they tell me that they belong to our Organisation.
- My access code (password) is the best way to ensure the confidentiality of access to my personal data.
- Password Personalisation
- On my first connection, I will be asked to customise my password.
- I can also change it at any time in my Personal Space: Profile Menu > Identification > Password.
- The new password is taken into account immediately.
- I should avoid choosing a password that is too simple (examples: 1234567 or QWERTY) or that is too obvious (such as my first name or date of birth).

- Forgotten Password

- If I have forgotten my password, I can ask for it to be sent to me again by clicking on ‘Forgot your password?’ on the login screen of my personal Insured Area.
- If I have already registered an email address for this account, I will receive an email allowing me to create a new password.
- If my problem persists or I receive nothing, I can contact a support agent at tsa@caisses-sociales.mc for help.

- Online services are designed in such a way that consultation or operation on personal information cannot be carried out without the prior input of the personal code.

- Under the provisions of Law No. 1165 of December 23, 1993, as amended, I have the right to access and correct personal information concerning my held by Caisses Sociales.
- I can exercise this right at any time by contacting our reception offices or our Data Protection Officer.

- When I access my secure Personal Insured Area and online services, the Caisses Sociales de Monaco retain the date of connection, my identity (registration) and possibly the changes to my personal options that I have entered (e-mail address, mail options, etc.), until my next visit, or, failing that, for a maximum period of two years.
- This last connection date is visible to me on my next consultation.
- This also allows me to detect any possible connection without my knowledge.
