Please return the certificate of existence that we have sent to you as soon as possible, so that we can continue to pay your retirement pension.

This year, this campaign concerns retirees residing in France.

The form “Proof of Legal Existence for Payment of Retirement Pensions,” which appears on the back of  the letter you have just been sent by our service, ABSOLUTELY must be completed, dated and signed by a competent authority (Town Hall, Police, Consulate, Notary, Guardian)

If you have difficulty getting around, we will also accept the document completed by a doctor, a hospital (you are in hospital), a nursing home (place of residence).

If your family situation has changed, please attach the supporting documents related to this.
