My Member Registration Card is Going Digital

Am I a CCSS or CAMTI member who has already chosen to dematerialise my mail and correspondence with the Caisses Sociales de Monaco ?

From 2025, the format of my Member Registration Card will be changing and becoming digital.

My Member Registration Card 2025 in Digital Format: Simple and Useful


Access to my Registration Card and all my online services from my Member Personal Space:

 

  • My Registration Card showing personal information such as my registration number, my card colour, my date of birth, and my beneficiaries.
  • My FSE code (Feuille de Soin Electronique [Electronic Treatment Record]): The FSE code allows health professionals, if they subscribe to this service, to electronically transmit my treatment record, to benefit from faster reimbursement without me doing anything further.
  • Add my Registration Card to my Wallet (electronic wallet)
  • Share my Registration Card with a third party from my Wallet (feature available only on Apple iOS).

I may be requested to present it by health professionals:

  • My doctor, dental surgeon or medical assistant: for consultations and treatment, 
  • My pharmacist: for pharmacy bills and prescriptions, 
  • Any health professional affiliated to my Fund.

How to Access and Save my 2025 Registration Card in Digital Format 
 

During February 2025, I will be informed by e-mail of the availability of my new 2025 Member Registration Card in my Member Personal Space. 

  • I will no longer receive my Registration Card in paper format as before.
  • My Member Personal Space is accessible from my smartphone:

On the dashboard of my Personal Insured Space, my card is displayed in the menu: Documents > My registration card  

  • If I click on the image of my card I can view it in full screen on my smartphone, and save it in my Wallet. 
  • I can share my card with my dependants (members of my family who benefit from my social coverage) or a third party.
