How to apply for a pension from CMRC
A single procedure will allow you to claim these rights from CAR and CMRC.
The request for a survivor's pension must be made to the Service Retraite who will give you an application form and the list of supporting documents to provide.
The pension rights acquired by (or provided to) the father, mother or legal guardian, may revert to an orphan.
The format of the request depends on the age of the orphan:
If the child is a minor: the request is made by the surviving parent or legal guardian.
If the dependent is an adult: it is drafted personally.
